RSP Automotive & Industrial’s Metal Pressing Facility has been designed to accommodate low volume press work, and uses a unique and exclusive process to produce low cost tooling for short production runs.

While the Metal Pressing Facility is predominantly associated with the manufacture of automotive panels marketed under the Rare Spares brand, it has also been involved in manufacturing products for a wide range of industries, including those associated with automotive prototyping. Capabilities include laser cutting, to produce perfectly cut prepressing blanks; resulting in a reduction of scrap metal, helping to minimise production costs. Other facets include a Hydra bend machine, and welding and painting processes. RSP has a long history working with OEM’s on pre-production prototyping.
