Today RSP is a multimillion dollar company, that has not only built one of the most trusted, respected and recognised names in the automotive restoration market in Rare Spares; but has also diversified into a company that now specialises in; industrial rubber products, pressed metal products, information technology, clips & fasteners, automotive OEM products and are the Australasian distributor of internationally recognised brand Codan Hose.

With over sixty staff operating out of five locations around Melbourne, RSP pride themselves on their experience and professionalism and have company-wide focus on providing exceptional quality products. Established over 35 years ago RSP has been owned and operated for the past 30 years by founding partner Les McVeigh and co-directors David Ryan, David Rayner and Neil Videan. In 1986, long-time employee Lance Corby also joined the Board of Directors.

In 1974, RSP started with a shared love of cars, a dream, and a small shed in the Melbourne suburb of Reservoir. Now, under the guidance of the five Directors, RSP is a multimillion dollar company, employing more than 60 staff and operating both nationally and internationally. All Directors still have an active involvement in the company but have also initiated a succession plan which includes the promotion of three, younger Associate Directors, all of whom are members of the Board.
